Danny is a wonderful and creative Chef. She is able to put together a menu that will more than satisfy your guests. I make a phone call to Dani and tell her how many guests and if there are any dietary restrictions. Then Dani sends me her proposal for the menu….that’s it!!!! On the day of the dinner I set the table. Dani does all the rest. She does the shopping, cooking and serves the appetizers and drinks while she is finishing the dinner. When the dinner is finished and we are enjoying our last glass of wine or whatever, Dani clears, cleans up and leaves. It is a joy to have a wonderful dinner prepared by a capable Chef. This allows you to spend relaxing time with your guests knowing that all is under control. Dani is very reliable. She will quote a per-person price up front. Give her a try! I love having her in my kitchen.

For the last 3 years, our US and Mexican families celebrate Thanksgiving in Vallarta. With her creative menu ideas, artistic presentation, and a staff attentive to details, Dany makes our dinner celebration a marvelous event! The dinner occurs at our beachfront venue and all we provide are the tables and chairs – Dany does the rest! Food is prepared on-site, plates and serving utensils are brought in, a bar is set up. The meal is usually 5-6 courses, and each plate has its own unique special flavor. Prior to the event, Dany is easy to work with, quick to respond to questions or ideas, and overall, the cost of the event is reasonable. I have also hired Dany for small dinners and she makes the experience memorable while I enjoy my guests.

Daniela Varona or “Dani” ,as we’ve known her for over seven years, has prepared meals for large groups and small whether it be a wedding party for friends who traveled all the way from Australia or just the two of us for an intimate dinner. For breakfast , lunch, or dinner, Dani is our go to Chef for all occasions. She’s not only an excellent chef, but she has a wonderful, charming personality that really complements the excellence of her cuisine.
